3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information (domain, email) when requesting audits
- Not abuse the Free Tier (e.g., creating multiple accounts to bypass the 1-audit-per-month
limit)
- Not use the Service for illegal activities or to harm competitors
- Not reverse-engineer our AI models or scrape our data
4. Payment & Subscriptions
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal or Stripe
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via the "Manage Subscription" page. No
refunds for partial months
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Data Collection & Privacy
By running an audit, you consent to our collection of your domain and email for analysis. See our

6. Intellectual Property
- Audit Reports: You own the data in your reports and may use them for
internal
purposes
- Our IP: The GeoAudit.net platform, algorithms, and branding are our
property. You
may not resell or redistribute our reports without a white-label license (Command Center
tier)
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
- No Guarantees: We provide insights, not guarantees. AI search rankings are
influenced by many factors beyond our control
- Service Availability: We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee
uninterrupted
access
- Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last

months
8. Prohibited Industries
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Illegal gambling or unlicensed iGaming operators
- Adult content or escort services
- Cryptocurrency scams or pump-and-dump schemes
9. Termination
